Phoenix Utd CIC is an active Community Interest Company, company number 11027177. Its registered office is Office 1 Izabella House, 24–26 Regent Place, Birmingham, B1 3NJ. References to “PUCIC”, “we”, “us” and “our” in these documents mean Phoenix Utd CIC.
PUCIC aims to make this public website usable by as many people as possible, including people using keyboard navigation, screen readers, zoom, different devices, reduced-motion settings and assistive technologies. Our target is conformance with WCAG 2.2 AA; this is a design and testing target, not a certification claim.
What we do to support access
The site uses semantic headings, visible focus states, keyboard-reachable navigation, responsive layouts, descriptive alternative text where appropriate, reduced-motion support and clear safeguarding routes. Decorative visual motifs are positioned away from body copy. Where an interactive map provider is unavailable, the Contact page offers an address and directions fallback.
Known limitations and alternatives
Third-party services, including map and newsletter providers, have their own accessibility characteristics. PUCIC offers practical alternatives where possible: directions are available without loading the map, and direct contact is available for conversations and newsletter questions. If you cannot use a website route, contact Policy@pucic.co.uk and explain what you need.
Feedback and enforcement
To report an accessibility barrier, email Policy@pucic.co.uk with the page, the barrier, the device or assistive technology involved, and any preferred alternative format. PUCIC will acknowledge the report, consider a remedy and review recurring issues. This policy is reviewed every 12 months or sooner where UK law requires.
