These terms govern use of PUCIC’s public website. By using the site, you agree to use it lawfully, respectfully and without attempting to disrupt, compromise or gain unauthorised access to the site or its services.
Service boundaries and urgent help
The public site provides information and routes to support. It is not an emergency service. If someone is in immediate danger, call 999. The website must not be used to send urgent safeguarding information by ordinary email. PUCIC’s initial referral workflow is attachment-free and uses a controlled staff queue; booking requests are handled directly by the team rather than through published availability.
Content, intellectual property and third-party links
PUCIC or its licensors own the site content, branding and design unless stated otherwise. You may view and share public information for lawful, non-commercial purposes with appropriate attribution, but may not reproduce, alter, scrape or reuse material in a way that infringes rights or misrepresents PUCIC.
